Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Driver with at least 3 years of experience in the relocation or courier industry. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering goods safely and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. This role requires punctuality, reliability, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles for the pickup and delivery of goods related to relocation and logistics services.
• Load and unload household or office items with care and accuracy.
• Coordinate with packing teams and warehouse staff for timely movement of items.
• Ensure proper documentation (delivery notes, customer sign-offs, etc.) is maintained and submitted promptly.
• Communicate professionally with clients at pickup and drop-off locations.
• Handle customer queries or concerns on-site with a courteous and solution-driven attitude.
• Perform regular vehicle checks and ensure timely maintenance and cleanliness.
• Follow company safety guidelines and traffic laws at all times.
• Assist in basic packing/unpacking or assembly tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience in the relocation, courier, or logistics industry.
• Valid driver’s license (commercial license preferred).
