Job Description
- Pick up furniture from warehouses or stores and carefully load it onto the delivery vehicle
- Deliver furniture to customers’ premises, ensuring that it arrives in excellent condition
- Unload, assemble, and place furniture at the customer’s desired location
- Assist in navigating routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries
- Inspect the furniture for any damages before and after delivery, reporting any issues to the store or warehouse
- Maintain delivery vehicle, keeping it clean and in good working order
- Document delivery details such as delivery time, location, and recipient
