Driver

We are seeking a trustworthy and experienced Driver for our real estate operations. The role involves transporting management, sales teams, clients, and materials to project sites, offices, and meetings while ensuring safety, punctuality, and professionalism.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive company vehicle for site visits, client meetings, and official travel
• Ensure safe and timely pick-up and drop of management, sales staff, and clients
• Support sales site operations including project launches and events
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, etc.)
• Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC, Permit) are valid
• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines strictly
• Report vehicle issues, delays, or incidents immediately
• Assist in transporting marketing materials to project sites when required
• Maintain trip, fuel, and service records
