Driving Instructor/Driving Trainer

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide practical driving lessons to learners as per company guidelines
2. Train customers on road safety rules, traffic regulations, and defensive driving
3. Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
4. Ensure safety of the learner, vehicle, and surrounding traffic at all times
5. Maintain professionalism and punctuality during training sessions
6. Report training progress and issues, if any, to the concerned team
7. Follow all local RTO rules and company policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Driving Instructor or equivalent driving experience
2. Valid Driving License (LMV – 4 Wheeler mandatory; 2 Wheeler optional)
3. Strong knowledge of traffic rules and road safety norms
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Patience and ability to handle learners with different skill levels
6. Basic smartphone usage for scheduling and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

1. Driving Instructor License (preferred but not mandatory, as per role requirement)
2. Experience in customer-facing roles
3. Familiarity with Bangalore traffic conditions
