Job Description
- Assemble Special Purpose Machines (SPM) as per engineering drawings, specifications, and DRO measurements to ensure high accuracy and alignment.
- Install, calibrate, and test machines using DRO systems to verify precision, functionality, and performance standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues by analyzing DRO readings and machine behavior.
- Work closely with the engineering and design team to enhance machine accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance based on practical observations.
- Provide technical support to customers, including guidance on machine operation, DRO usage, and resolving on-site concerns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, calibration data, DRO readings, and testing reports for quality and traceability.
- Share practical feedback and measurement-based inputs with Mechanical Designers to support design improvements, precision enhancement, and ease of assembly.
