Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic fresher DTP Designer to join our fast-paced front office team. You will handle desktop publishing for walk-in and client print orders, ensuring accurate, visually appealing outputs using tools like CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator. This role involves direct customer interaction, quick edits, and collaboration with the printing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit designs for flyers, brochures, business cards, posters, and banners based on customer inputs.
• Operate DTP software to prepare print-ready files (PDFs) for Xerox printers and multifunction devices.
• Interact with front-office clients to understand requirements, suggest design improvements, and provide instant proofs.
• Perform basic typesetting, color corrections, and image enhancements for high-quality outputs.
• Maintain design templates for common jobs like visiting cards, letterheads, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with printing technicians for seamless job execution and quality checks.
• Update digital asset library and assist in social media graphics for client promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent certification from a recognized institute).
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office; basic knowledge of InDesign a plus.
• Understanding of print specifications (CMYK, bleed, resolution) and xerography processes.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions; Hindi/English fluency required.
• Fresher with internship/project experience in DTP/printing preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts (including evenings) for front-office operations.
