DTP Operator

About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, responsible, and energetic Office Assistant who can manage daily office operations, handle customers politely, and support printing-related work. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, quick to learn, and willing to grow along with our company.

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction & Support

• Welcome customers and understand their printing requirements
• Explain available services (Visiting Cards, UV Printing, T-shirt Printing, Mugs, Corporate Gifts, Signages, etc.)
• Provide basic quotations and show sample options
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude with all clients

Printing & Production Support

• Assist in preparing artwork files for printing (basic computer knowledge required)
• Operate basic printing and finishing machines (training will be provided)
• Coordinate with the production team for job updates
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the printing area

Office Operations

• Manage calls, WhatsApp inquiries & follow-ups
• Update order status and maintain daily job sheets
• Assist in packing and dispatching printed items
• Keep stock of raw materials and report when replenishment is required
• 🔹 Skills RequiredGood communication skills (Kannada + basic English)
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email)
• Willingness to learn printing processes
• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking
• Customer-friendly behavior
• 🔹 QualificationsSSLC / PUC / Any Diploma
• Freshers are welcome
• Experience in printing or customer service is an added advantage

🔹 SalaryBased on skills and experience (negotiable)

🔹 Working Hours10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
