E-Commerce Executive

About the Role E-commerce Executive (Listings & Marketplace Management)

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage product listings, catalog hygiene, and day-to-day monitoring across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is critical to ensuring that all listings are accurate, updated, compliant, and performing smoothly across marketplaces and the brand website.

The ideal candidate is organised, hands-on, and comfortable working with dashboards, SKUs, and daily checks.

Key ResponsibilitiesListings & Catalog Management

• Create, update, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms
• Ensure accuracy of titles, descriptions, images, pricing, GST, and inventory details
• Maintain catalog hygiene and consistency across all channels
• Coordinate with design and content teams for listing creatives and copy

Marketplace Operations

• Monitor daily activity on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and quick-commerce channels
• Track listing issues, suppressions, rejections, and resolve them in coordination with platforms
• Manage category mapping, attributes, and backend data requirements

Inventory & Pricing Support

• Coordinate inventory updates and stock availability
• Support pricing updates, offers, and discount setups as required
• Track inward and outward movement from a marketplace perspective

Performance & Hygiene Checks

• Conduct regular checks on live listings for accuracy and visibility
• Monitor basic metrics like listing status, availability, and buy box status
• Flag issues related to content, pricing, or stock to relevant teams

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with operations, finance, and customer support teams
• Maintain trackers and basic reports for listings and platform health
• Support new product launches and platform onboarding
• RequirementsExperience in e-commerce operations, catalog, or marketplace management
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
