E-Commerce Executive

About the Role:We are looking for a sharp, active, and reliable individual to manage our store's daily order flow. You don't need a medical degree—we will train you on how to identify products. Your main job is to ensure that every order coming in is billed, packed, and sent out correctly and quickly.

Your Daily Responsibilities :

Order Processing: Receive orders via our online system.

• Stock Check: Quickly find the items on the shelves. If an item is not available, coordinate with our suppliers to get it delivered to the store.
• Billing: Use our simple computer software to generate invoices for customers.
• Packing: Pack items securely and neatly to ensure they don't get damaged.
• Delivery Coordination: Hand over packages to delivery partners and ensure the right order goes to the right rider.
• Store Upkeep: Keep the packing and billing area organized and clean.

Requirements (Who can apply?):

• Education: PU / Graduate (Any stream).
• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of using a computer , Microsoft office .
• Languages: Must be able to speak Kannada and basic English or Hindi.
• Attributes: You are someone who is fast on your feet and double-checks your work for mistakes.
• Location: Must be living in Bangalore and able to commute to the store daily.
