Job Description
Arteastri is hiring a full-time Operations Assistant for daily e-commerce backend work.
This is a stable, routine, on-site role best suited for candidates looking for long-term steady employment. This role is suitable for BCom / BBA / Commerce / Admin / Retail background candidates. Not suitable for Data / Software / Engineering career tracks.
Location
Whitefield, Bengaluru (On-site only). Only candidates currently residing in Bangalore OR able to relocate within 7 days should apply.
Schedule
5 days/week | 10am–7pm
6-month structured internship.
Offer - ₹15,000/month.
Bonus at the end of 12 month post confirmation.
Responsibilities
- Order processing & dispatch coordination
- Excel reports & daily tracking
- Catalog/product updates
- Customer queries & ticketing support (WhatsApp/Email)
