E-Commerce Executive

TrendyWorx is looking for detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Vendor Operations Executives for Bengaluru location, to manage and support clothing manufacturing vendors onboarded on reputed e-commerce platforms. The role involves end-to-end coordination with vendors for order processing, inventory management, product catalog uploads, and overall account maintenance to ensure smooth operations and business growth. The candidate should have good communication skills in both English and Hindi to effectively coordinate with vendors and internal teams as our major vendors are based out of Northern part of India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with onboarded vendors for order processing and fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability on the e-commerce platform
• Manage vendor accounts and dashboards on the e-commerce marketplace
• Resolve order, inventory, or catalog-related issues in coordination with vendors and platform support
• Track performance metrics such as order cancellations, returns, and fulfillment rates
• Support vendors in improving visibility and sales on the platform
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to vendor operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Business / Fashion preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, vendor management, or catalog management
• Familiarity with e-commerce seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) is a plus
• Good understanding of inventory management and order lifecycle
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with data and templates
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
