Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Create and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
• Upload product images, titles, bullets, keywords, and descriptions.
• Manage pricing, inventory updates, and promotions.
• Monitor listing quality, suppression, and compliance issues.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer queries across marketplaces.
• Handle returns, refunds, and order-related issues politely and professionally.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and reduce negative feedback.

SEO & Marketing Support

• Perform basic keyword research for product listings.
• Optimize product pages for better ranking and conversions.
• Assist in creating basic creatives for ads, listings, and social media (Canva).
• Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives.

Operations & Reporting

• Track sales, orders, and inventory.
• Maintain spreadsheets and daily reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse/operations team for order fulfilment.
