E-Commerce Executive

Noah Sports is a leading racquet sports retailer with over 25 years of legacy, serving athletes and enthusiasts across tennis, padel, badminton, squash, and pickleball. With a strong presence through our flagship retail store, growing e-commerce platform, and wholesale network supplying academies and clubs, we are committed to delivering high-quality sports products and exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our online business. The role involves coordinating website operations, managing orders, updating product listings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce Operations: Manage daily operations of the Noah Sports website and online store.
• Ensure product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory are updated accurately.
• Upload new products, collections, and promotional banners on the website.
• Monitor website performance and report any issues.
• Order Management: Process and manage online orders from the website and other marketplaces.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when required.
• Inventory Coordination: Maintain accurate stock updates on the website.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability for online orders.
• Monitor low stock items and flag them internally.
• Customer Support: Handle customer queries related to orders, products, returns, and exchanges via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quick resolution of issues.
• Assist in generating periodic sales and operations reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations or online retail.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Interest in sports is a bonus.
