E-Commerce Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

E-Commerce Sales Management:

Drive online sales performance across all e-commerce platforms in line with business targets and growth plans.

Category Management:

Manage product categories including pricing, promotions, assortment planning, and visibility to maximize revenue and

market share.

Key Accounts & Multi-Account Management:

Handle strategic relationships with key marketplace accounts and manage multiple seller accounts effectively.

Third-Party Marketplace Management:

Oversee operations on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), ensuring compliance, performance

optimization, and platform-specific growth.

P&L Management:

Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for e-commerce operations including revenue, margins, marketing spends, and

operational costs.

Business Planning & Strategy:

Develop and execute annual and monthly business plans, sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and growth strategies.

Seller Management:

Manage seller onboarding, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and adherence to marketplace policies.

FM / LM Operations Management:

Coordinate and manage Fulfillment Model (FM) and Logistics Model (LM) operations to ensure smooth order processing,

timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.

Supply Chain Management:

Work closely with internal supply chain, warehouse, and production teams to ensure optimal inventory planning, stock

availability, and demand fulfillment.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, analyze data insights, and recommend corrective actions for continuous

improvement.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Experience Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital business management
