We are building a strong, conversion-focused online store and are looking for a Shopify expert who can manage operations and actively grow revenue.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Shopify E-commerce Growth Manager who will take ownership of our online store and drive sales using digital marketing, conversion optimisation, and data-driven decision making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, understands e-commerce growth, and can execute independently.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

  •  Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store

  •  Upload and optimise products, collections, and navigation

  •  Maintain site performance, mobile experience, and checkout flow

  •  Manage Shopify apps and integrations

  •  Coordinate with design, content, and fulfilment teams

Conversion & Revenue Growth

  •  Optimise product pages to improve conversion rate

  •  Set up bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and offers

  •  Reduce cart abandonment and improve checkout completion

  •  Apply CRO best practices across the store

Digital Marketing Support

  •  Support and coordinate Meta ads, Google ads, and retargeting

  •  Optimise landing pages for paid and organic traffic

  •  Assist with email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns for launches and promotions

Analytics & Reporting

  •  Track store performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, revenue)

  •  Analyse data and suggest improvements

  •  Share regular performance updates with the team

Requirements

  •  2+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify

  •  Experience managing and growing an e-commerce store

  •  Strong understanding of conversion optimisation and funnels

  •  Familiarity with Shopify apps, themes, and store settings

  •  Basic understanding of digital marketing channels

  •  Comfortable working with analytics and reports

  •  Ability to work independently and take ownership

  •  Experience with D2C or lifestyle / wellness brands

  •  Knowledge of email or WhatsApp marketing tools

  •  Understanding of branding and premium positioning
