E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth
• Manage and maintain the company’s website and online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart)
• Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales metrics using analytics tools
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize conversions
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, and social media
• Ensure a smooth user experience, including navigation, checkout, and mobile optimization
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams
• Analyze customer behavior and trends to improve engagement and retention
• Handle customer service issues related to online orders
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital sales
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing)
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
