E-Commerce Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Seller Flex Order Processing: Manage and process all orders received on Seller Flex platform in a timely manner.
• Consignment & Shipment Creation: Create consignments and shipments accurately in line with platform guidelines.
• Shipment Preparation: Ensure correct labelling, packing, and readiness of shipments for dispatch.
• Coordination with Delivery Partners: communicate with courier/delivery partners for timely pickup and delivery.
• Inwarding Status Tracking: Regularly check and update the inwarding status of shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Stock Maintenance: Monitor, update, and reconcile stock levels to avoid discrepancies.
• Return Management: Handle return shipments, update status, and maintain proper records.
• Reimbursement Management: Track and claim reimbursements for customer orders wherever applicable.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on order processing, stock status, and return/reimbursement updates.
