Job Title: International BPO Sales Executive (US Shift)

Location: JP Nagar

Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

Cab Facility: One-way cab provided (for male candidates able to travel)

Salary: ₹30,000 Net Take-Home Monthly


Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Summary:We are looking for a high-performing International BPO Sales Executive with a strong background in market research and competitor analysis. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to individually close international sales deals. The role requires confidence in pitching and converting leads from global markets, especially the US region.

  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities and industry trends
  • Perform individual sales pitching and drive deal closures with international clients
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to confidently present to clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through outbound calls and lead follow-ups
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Key Requirements:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in International BPO Sales or similar outbound sales roles
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are a must
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in handling individual targets and closing deals independently
  • Good understanding of sales pitch strategy and objection handling
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office
  • Willingness to work in fixed night shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
  • Must be a male candidate and able to commute using the one-way cab facility
