Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Dispatch Executive with experience in managing e-commerce order dispatch operations and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role requires handling daily order processing, shipment coordination, and maintaining accurate dispatch records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order dispatch operations for e-commerce platforms.
• Review and verify incoming orders before processing them for shipment.
• Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Prepare and update dispatch documentation and shipping details.
• Maintain accurate order, shipment, and return records using Excel.
• Track shipment status and update internal systems regularly.
• Generate daily dispatch reports and order tracking sheets in Excel.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, inventory, or shipping data.
• Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and dispatch updates.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce dispatch, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data management, tracking sheets, reports).
• High attention to detail and good organizational ability.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce order management systems is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
