Job Description
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Label parcels and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Coordinate with delivery partners for daily pickups
- Maintain packing material stock (boxes, tapes, invoices)
- Update basic order status in system or Excel (training provided)
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of packing area
- Support daily warehouse and operations tasks
- Handle returns and exchanges when required
- Laser Marking Machine operation ( Training will be given)
