Job Description

Work Experience : 1-4 years in a relevant role

Location : Bangalore

Role : Full Time / Onsite

Reporting : CEO's office


Who should apply :

  • If you have hands-on experience working in the EdTech or Education sector in administration, operations, customer relationship, event management, marketing or sales
  • If you can work in small teams in a startup environment, can multi-task and want to grow along with the organisation beyond your current role & experience - can take up extra responsibilities and ownership
  • Candidates who are currently in Bangalore and can make themselves available for in-person interviews will be given preference.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers, partners, and team members.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both digital and physical documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Upkeep of office equipments.

2. Events Operational Support

  • Assist with in-house (Classes and events) and outdoor (field trips) basic planning and execution support - Logistics, Scheduling, Communication etc

2. Sales, Outreach & Market Research

  • Manage communication, scheduling and customer relationships with Parents of enrolled students
  • Ability to create and convert leads by being the first point of contact for queries, feedback and concerns
  • Given a profile, ability to research, find and set up meetings with experts and institutions in various fields of education sectors

3. Financial Management:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are accurate.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
