Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Education Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will assist students in selecting the right courses, universities, and study programs based on their career aspirations, academic background, and financial capabilities.

• Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students regarding educational opportunities, course selection, and career planning.
• Assess students' academic qualifications, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable study programs and institutions.
• Guide students through the application and admission process, including documentation and visa requirements.
• Keep up to date with global education trends, scholarship opportunities, and university admission requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Organize seminars, webinars, and workshops on career counseling and overseas education opportunities.
• Assist students with test preparation guidance (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.), if applicable.
• Address queries from students and parents regarding tuition fees, scholarships, and living expenses abroad.
• Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote educational services and outreach programs.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in academic counseling, student advising, or education consultancy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of admission procedures for various universities and countries.
• Ability to handle multiple student queries and provide personalized guidance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for maintaining student data.
• A friendly and professional approach to student engagement.
