Job Description
You'll be set up for success as a " Sr Associate Inside Sales "
at Miles if:
At Miles Education we are looking for skilled Inside Sales professionals, experienced
in lead identification & conversion. Relate to the learning mindset of students &
professionals likewise, and the emotion associated with education. S/he is expected
to actively participate in the development and advancement of Miles education/
training offerings at a global scale on various ongoing & upcoming projects. S/he wil
be responsible for counseling prospective aspirants about Miles course offerings
and help them make smarter career choices.
* Cold calling with the leads assigned
* Talking to the prospective clients & converting them into potential customers.
* Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned
leads.
* Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and
makes sure that customers are engaged throughout the sales life cycle.
* Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient
processes for amazing customer experience
* Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that
the related tasks are accomplished on time.
And in order to achieve this, you will need to do the following:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
* Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and promote sales
initiatives.
* Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members
* Address customer inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues
* Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on
industry trends.
