Key Roles and Responsinilities

•  Guide students and parents regarding education loan options.
• l  Explain eligibility criteria, interest rates, collateral requirements, repayment terms, and moratorium period.
• l  Collect and verify required documentation (KYC, admission letter, academic records, income documents, collateral papers, etc.).
• l Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing, sanction, and disbursement.
•    Track loan applications and ensure timely approvals.
• l Advise students on mandatory travel and health insurance requirements for different countries.
• l Coordinate with insurance providers for student medical and travel insurance policies.
• l Explain coverage details, claim process, and policy benefits.
• l Ensure insurance policy issuance before visa filing/departure.
• l Guide students on forex card options and international money transfers.
• l Coordinate with authorized forex partners for:
• l Tuition fee remittance
• l Living expenses transfers
• l Forex card issuance
• l Explain exchange rates, charges, and documentation required under RBI guidelines.
• l Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory norms.
• *  Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement, insurance issuance, and forex transactions.
• l  Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and forex partners.
• l   Cross-sell financial services to enrolled students.
• * Maintain proper records of all financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with banking and forex regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports on loan approvals, insurance policies issued, and forex volumes.
