Job Title: Education Counsellor / Tele Counsellor (Female Only)

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Education Counsellor / Tele Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Study Abroad Consultancy or any sales-based role such as Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, Loan Sales, or other product/service sales.

Strong communication skills in Kannada (mandatory) are essential. Candidates with Kannada as their mother tongue will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
• Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
• Provide detailed information about courses, universities, admission procedures, and visa processes.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only.

• Minimum 2 year experience in:
• Study Abroad Consultancy (Preferred) OR
• Sales processes (Credit Card, Insurance, Loans, Banking products, Tele sales, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada (Mandatory).
• Good communication in English & Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, calling software).
