Educator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Follow modules, learning materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.
• Enforce school policies and rules and manage student behavior in the classroom.
• Engage in professional development and stay current with best teaching practices.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and improve instructional practices.
• Follow company’s guidelines for deliverables

Qualification Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area.
• Proven experience as an educator in a classroom setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.

Working Clauses & Requirements

• This is a Part Time/Freelance Job
• Will have to sign binding legal contract with Val-Ed Initiatives regarding confidentiality
• Punctuality according to timelines of the school

Special Clauses

• In the event of non-willingness to continue the working relationship, a notice period of 1 month would apply.
