Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Spoken English Sessions at Kishori Centres/Community Centres to young Adolescent girls on a weekly basis Community
• Teacher will work in coordination with the Program Manager and report to Program Manager
• Each trainer to conduct Training at multiple centres (5-6 centres) one session of 2 hours/day
• Training delivery based on the curriculum provided
• Tracking development and keeping records and documentation
• Manage MIS and regular attendance of the Learners
• Also hold civics and life skills classes in accordance with the module given
• Promote and foster an environment of learning and development through the use of innovative technique.
• Motivate students and encourage active participation to reduce dropout rates.
• Home visits and Parents meeting to share updates and Progress on the learner’s development
• Map the ongoing development of each Learner
• Report any complaints girls have made or received.
• Leading events, workshops, guest lectures, and enjoyable activities for the class in accordance with the specified planner
