Electrical Billing Enginner (QS)

The Electrical Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and submitting running account (RA) bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements for electrical works at construction sites. The role involves coordination with site engineers, clients, consultants, and the accounts department to ensure accurate measurement, billing, and timely payment processing.

Prepare RA bills and final bills based on work completion.

Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets as per BOQ.

Verify quantities executed at site with drawings and work orders.

Maintain billing registers and reconciliation statements.

Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and quantity confirmation.

Submit bills to clients and follow up for certification and approval.

Prepare variation/extra item statements if applicable.

Track retention amount, deductions, and recovery details.

Prepare supporting documents such as:

• Abstract sheets
• Material reconciliation statements
• Labour reports
• Work completion reports

Coordinate with accounts team for invoice processing and payment follow-up.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of all billing records.

Attend billing meetings with clients/consultants when required.
