Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving electrical control systems and equipment. You will ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems, enhance productivity, and ensure safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components for manufacturing machinery.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on electrical equipment failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive maintenance.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and industry standards.
• Update and maintain documentation for electrical systems and schematics.
• Recommend improvements to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
• Support automation and control system upgrades.
• Train technicians and operators on new equipment or processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD tools.
• Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, IEC, NEC).
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motor controls, VFDs, and industrial sensors.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or EPLAN.
