Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Electrical Engineer to handle customer visits based on assigned leads, explain product features and benefits, and supervise the installation of inverters at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have both sales ability and electrical engineering knowledge, with strong communication and field coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers based on leads provided by the company.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inverter products.
• Explain product specifications, features, benefits, and technical details to customers.
• Conduct site visits and assess installation requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals when required.
• Coordinate with customers, sales team, and installation team for smooth execution.
• Supervise inverter installation at site and ensure proper electrical standards are followed.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support during and after installation.
• Ensure timely completion of installation and customer handover.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers for future business opportunities.
• Maintain records of customer visits, sales progress, and installation status.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in sales and field service, preferably in inverters, solar systems, or electrical products.
• Good knowledge of inverter systems, electrical installations, and safety practices.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and site supervision.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
