Role Overview:

We are hiring for Senior Electrical Engineers and Project Managers who will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of electrical works across multiple project types – including MIVAN-based structures, HT/LT systems, and commercial buildings. Candidates will be expected to take ownership of technical execution, team leadership, site coordination, and project completion in line with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Roles with Scope Based on Experience Level):

Technical Execution & Supervision

• Oversee site execution of electrical systems including LT/HT cabling, transformer installation, switchgear, panels, earthing, lighting, and internal/external electrification.
• Supervise day-to-day electrical work for residential, high-rise, commercial, and MIVAN formwork-based structures.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and layout plans.
• Ensure execution as per Drawings, local regulations, and project specifications.

Project Management & Planning

• Prepare and manage project schedules, monitor progress, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, civil, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration across trades.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Lead a team of site engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors for timely material delivery, work execution, and bill verification.
• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure alignment with quality and safety standards.

Quality Assurance, Testing & Handover

• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Prepare checklists, quality control documents, and handover reports.
• Ensure zero-defect delivery and smooth handover to clients.

Commercial Oversight

• Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs, technical specifications, and procurement schedules.
• Monitor project costs, minimize wastage, and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Support billing, documentation, and client correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in electrical site execution and/or project management.
• Proven experience in LT & HT electrical systems and large-scale construction projects (residential, high-rise, MIVAN, commercial).
• Strong understanding of drawings, load calculations, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Additional Advantages:

• Previous experience with Tier-1 real estate or contracting firms will be preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and willing to travel locally within Bangalore as required.
