Role OverviewThe MEP Technician will handle electrical, plumbing, basic AC/HVAC, and general repair work at Zolo coliving properties. The role focuses on quick complaint resolution, preventive maintenance, and reducing vendor dependency.

Key Responsibilities

• Close maintenance complaints within TAT
• Handle electrical, plumbing, AC, DG, pump, and panel repairs
• Do preventive and breakdown maintenance (PPM & RM)
• Perform basic carpentry work (locks, hinges, alignment)
• Maintain material stock and usage records
• Follow safety rules and SOPs
• Provide emergency support when required
• Update daily work reports and checklists

Eligibility

Education: ITI / Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical)

Experience: 3–5 years in building/facility maintenance

Preferred: Coliving, hotel, residential, or facility background

• Skills RequiredElectrical & plumbing repair knowledge
• Basic AC servicing and DG checks
• Preventive maintenance understanding
• Vendor coordination & material handling
• Safety awareness
