About the Role

This is a core operational role responsible for maintaining and resolving technical issues in Zolo properties across electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry activities. The role ensures a safe and comfortable living experience for residents by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance-related work at assigned properties.
• Diagnose technical issues and resolve them independently without repeated vendor dependency.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned maintenance tickets (Average SLA: 2 days).
• Prioritize emergency concerns such as water supply failures, power cuts, or major leakages.
• Conduct preventive maintenance visits and ensure property readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse teams, and property management for tools, materials, and job execution.
• Maintain professional communication with residents and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide alternate solutions if materials or vendors are delayed.

Required Qualifications

Educational Criteria

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical (Preferred)

Skill Criteria

• Strong hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, appliance servicing and minor carpentry work.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and suggest permanent fixes.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and preventive maintenance.
