About the Role

We are looking for a skilled MEP (Multi Technician) to join our team and manage maintenance operations for our college hostel. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and civil works and will ensure smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and civil areas.
• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and coordination for various services.
• Handle ticket resolution by attending to maintenance requests from tenants promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve any critical maintenance issues.

Key Performance Indicator :

Ticket Turnaround Time (TAT) Compliance: Ensure that maintenance service requests are completed within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA)

timeframe to meet customer expectations and minimize disruptions.

Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4 or higher by delivering prompt, efficient, and satisfactory maintenance services and

addressing customer feedback promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

● Proven experience in facilities and maintenance operations management, preferably in a commercial or residential real estate environment.

● Strong understanding of repair and maintenance processes, inventory management, and cost control principles.

● Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve performance goals.

● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members, tenants, and vendors.

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in relevant software applications for inventory management and reporting.

● Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
