Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities1. Electrical Systems & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels, wiring, and fixtures.
• Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in lighting, power distribution, and motor control circuits.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local building codes.

2. HVAC Operations

• Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal indoor climate and energy efficiency.
• Conduct filter changes, belt replacements, and coil cleanings.
• Assist in troubleshooting thermostat issues and refrigerant leaks.

3. Floor & Facility Maintenance

• Maintain and repair floor-related equipment (e.g., automated scrubbers, industrial polishers).
• Address general facility repairs, including minor plumbing or mechanical fixes as needed.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of electrical rooms and mechanical workshops.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during all repairs.
• Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and parts used.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 1+ year of professional experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• HVAC Exposure: Familiarity with AHUs (Air Handling Units), chillers, or split AC systems.
• Tools: Proficiency using multimeters, circuit testers, and standard hand/power tools.
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working at heights (ladders/lifts) and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification or ITI in Electrical Trade is highly preferred.
