Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Install and set up massage chairs at customer locations, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in massage chairs.
  • Handle service visits for customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot faults related to wiring, motors, control panels, and sensors.
  • Replace or repair defective parts and components.
  • Ensure proper testing of equipment after installation or repair.
  • Maintain service records and update job reports after each visit.
  • Provide basic product guidance and usage instructions to customers.
  • Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical support.
  • Follow safety standards and company service protocols.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and repair work.
  • Ability to travel for on-site service visits.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer-friendly attitude.
