Electrical Technician

Position Overview:

We're looking for a proactive Project Executive to join our operations team, responsible for installing home automation and smart

lighting products at customer locations. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of house wiring, inverter wiring, power supplies,

and proficiency in AutoCAD. Safety consciousness and efficient tool usage are essential attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Installing home automation and lighting products at client premises

● Promptly addressing and resolving complaints related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products

● Conducting in-depth troubleshooting of our products and modules to offer comprehensive solutions

● Attending service calls and delivering effective resolutions

● Structured escalation of identified issues and providing resolutions in a systematic manner

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

● Education background should include a Diploma or BE/B.Tech with a focus on electrical engineering

● Proficiency in house wiring, load calculation, and proficiency in understanding AutoCAD

● Sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems

● Strong interpersonal abilities
