Electrical Vehicle Technician

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, wire, mount, and onboard IoT devices (cameras, GPS, hardware modules).
• Ensure proper alignment, power connection, and real-time data flow.
• Plan installations and service calls as per SLA with fleet teams.
• Provide L1 support: fix connectivity, power, sensor, and camera issues.
• Perform firmware updates, calibration, resets, and basic maintenance.
• Maintain spare parts and report issues for continuous improvement.
• Work in night shifts and field locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Experience with IoT / GPS / Telematics / Automotive Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of wiring, mounting, and device commissioning.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with multimeters & diagnostic tools.
• Good communication with drivers & fleet managers.
• Willing to travel and work night shifts.
• Basic reporting & documentation skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in fleet tech / vehicle telematics / ADAS.
• Knowledge of IoT dashboards & remote monitoring tools.
• Exposure to large-scale device deployments.
