Job Summary:

We are looking for an Electrician to handle solar rooftop installations and factory electrical maintenance. The person should know basic electrical work and be willing to learn solar system wiring and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solar Work:
• Help install and connect solar panels, inverters, wiring and structure.
• Lay AC/DC cables safely and neatly.
• Support testing and commissioning of solar systems.
• Do regular maintenance visits for installed systems.
• Factory Work:
• Maintain and repair factory electrical panels, wiring, and machines.
• Check and fix lights, sockets, switches, and motors.
• Help set up new machines and do basic troubleshooting.
• General DutiesFollow safety rules and use PPE while working.
• Work with the factory team and solar installation team.
• Travel when needed for solar site work.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: 0–5 years (freshers welcome).
• Skills: Basic wiring, control panel knowledge, use of tools and testers, safety awareness.
