Job Descriptions

We are hiring Electricians / Technicians/ Supervisors for a Residential & Commercial property at Sarjapur, Whitefield, Other locations. The role involves ensuring the maintenance and functionality of all electrical and technical equipment on the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure serviceability of all electrical and technical equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance as per the schedule
• Handle minor electrical repairs and maintain log books and service reports
• Follow all safety precautions during maintenance and operation
• Address and resolve customer complaints related to electrical issues

Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical
• Experience: 0–12 years preferred (Freshers can also apply)
• Good knowledge of motor and DG set maintenance
• Familiarity with transformer and elevator inspections

 Responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of mechanical,

electrical systems in the community.

 Installing new electrical systems, wiring, conduits, outlets, and fixtures, often from

blueprints and schematics.

 Inspecting, troubleshooting, and fixing electrical problems, replacing faulty parts, and

performing preventative maintenance

 Adhering to all electrical codes (local, state, national) and ensuring systems are safe,

often involving safety checks and hazard identification

 Using various testing devices (multimeters, infrared cameras) to diagnose issues and

check system functionality

 Keeping accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance performed
