Role Overview – What This Role Is Really About

As an MEP, you are the backbone of property operations.

You won’t just be fixing issues—you’ll be ensuring that:

• Residents feel safe and comfortable
• Properties run without breakdowns
• Complaints are resolved quickly
• Vendor costs stay under control

Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.

What You Will Practically Do Every Day

• Attend and close electrical, plumbing, and maintenance tickets within TAT
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of MEP assets
• Handle basic AC servicing, plumbing repairs, and minor carpentry work
• Reduce dependency on external vendors by resolving issues in-house
• Maintain daily PPM and RM checklists; update reports accurately
• Track spare parts, tools, and material usage responsibly
• Follow safety standards, SOPs, and compliance guidelines at all sites
• Support emergency breakdowns and urgent repairs when required
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers on on-ground execution
