Electrician

A house wiring job involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems (wiring, fixtures, panels) in flats,residence,commerical , ensuring safety and code compliance by reading blueprints, diagnosing issues with testing tools, and connecting power/lighting/data points for functionality, often requiring licensing and physical fitness. Key tasks include grove cutting ,conduit laying, circuit connection, earthing, fixture installation, troubleshooting, and adhering to safety standards for new builds, renovations, and repairs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:  grove cutting ,Run conduits, connect wires, install switches, outlets, lighting, and distribution boards.
• Maintenance & Repair: Inspect components (breakers, transformers), diagnose faults, and fix electrical problems.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work meets national/local electrical codes and safety protocols (earthing, PPE).
• Planning: Read blueprints/diagrams to design electrical layouts for homes.
• Testing: Use testing devices to check system functionality and identify issues.
• Documentation: Keep records of installations and maintenance. 

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety.
• Physical Fitness: Able to lift, climb, and stand for long periods.
• Attention to Detail: For safety and proper function.
• Problem-Solving: To troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaboration: Work with homeowners, contractors, and other trades.
• Licensing: Often required by state/local regulations (e.g., Wireman license). 

Work Environment:

• Settings: Homes, construction sites, renovations.
• Schedules: Full-time, often with overtime, evenings, or weekends ( if Requried ).
