Main Responsibilities

Solar Work

• Help install and connect solar panels, inverters, and wiring.
• Lay AC/DC cables safely and neatly.
• Support testing and commissioning of solar systems.

Factory Work

• Maintain and repair factory electrical panels, wiring, and machines.
• Check and fix lights, sockets, switches, and motors.
• Help set up new machines and do basic troubleshooting.

General Duties

• Follow safety rules and use PPE while working.
• Keep work area clean and report daily tasks.
• Work with the factory team and solar installation team.
• Travel when needed for solar site work.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or similar.
• Experience: 2 years.
• Skills: Basic wiring, control panel knowledge, use of tools and testers, safety awareness.
