Design & Development

Define electrical architecture for ATE subsystems (I/O, sensing, actuation, power distribution, safety interlocks).

Support/lead PCBA specification, design reviews, bring-up and validation with vendors/EMS.

Translate requirements into schematics/BOM/wiring approach and support firmware requirements for embedded controllers/IO modules.

Support integration of electronics with mechanical fixtures and ensure serviceability and safe wiring practices.

Engineering & Technical Support

Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and assembly teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.

Support shop floor during wiring, panel build, integration, and trials to resolve electrical issues.

Review wiring diagrams, connectorization, tolerances impacting routing/strain relief, and material specifications.

Implement design improvements and cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality and reliability.
