Job Description
- Research and study electronic subsystems used in drones including motors, ESCs, flight controllers, GPS, communication systems, remote controllers, batteries, and power distribution systems.
- Assist in design, development, and testing of drone electronic subsystems as per project requirements.
- Support selection and evaluation of electronic components based on performance, reliability, and cost.
- Develop and test basic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts under guidance.
- Integrate electronic subsystems with mechanical and software components of the drone.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of hardware issues.
- Assist in calibration and validation of motors, sensors, GPS, and communication modules.
- Document design decisions, test results, and development progress clearly.
- Follow defined project timelines and complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
- Report progress, issues, and risks regularly to the project mentor or lead.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards during development and testing.
- Support prototype assembly, field testing, and performance evaluation.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and best practices in drone electronics.
- Contribute to successful completion of projects by meeting technical goals and delivery timelines
