Elevator Installation Manager

1.Project Planning & Execution ● Plan and schedule elevator installation activities as per project timelines. ● Review contracts, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution. ● Coordinate with sales, design, stores, and logistics teams for smooth project flow. ● Ensure installation milestones are achieved as per committed schedules. 1. Team & Manpower Management ● Lead and manage installation engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors. ● Allocate manpower efficiently across multiple sites. ● Conduct daily/weekly reviews of site progress and productivity. ● Ensure skill development and on-job training of installation teams.
