Elevator Technical Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking Elevator Technical Manager to lead and manage installation, service, and maintenance operations for Nibav home lifts and Elite Elevators across key metro and regional locations. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, people management capability, and a strong focus on project execution and customer satisfaction.

This is a frontline leadership role responsible for managing multiple projects, large technical teams (25–50 members), and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in every installation and service activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field operations for lift installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance.
• Handle a team of 25–50 technicians and engineers across multiple active projects.
• Ensure projects are executed as per timelines, safety protocols, and technical standards.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure installation/service targets are achieved.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Project Management, R&D, and Supply Chain for smooth execution.
• Review site readiness, allocate manpower, and track project progress through regular reporting.
• Optimize resource utilization and control costs without compromising quality.
• Conduct on-site inspections, safety checks, and performance evaluations.
• Act as the technical escalation point for site issues and customer concerns.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of lifts, elevators, or cranes.
• Proven ability to manage field teams and multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety systems related to lifts/elevators.
• Excellent team leadership, customer handling, and project management skills.
• Proactive, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
• Able to communicate fluently in Kannada
