We are hiring Freshers for a Non-Voice Customer Support role. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries via email and chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining quality standards.

🔹 Hiring Process:

HR – Initial Screening

SVAR / Writex (Non-Voice) – Versant Score: 58

Typing Test – 25 WPM with 85% Accuracy

Operational Interview

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience: Fresher

Good written communication skills in English

Basic typing skills (minimum 25 WPM)

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

💰 Salary & Benefits:

CTC: Up to ₹3,49,000 per annum

Take Home: ₹21,000 per month

Incentives: ₹3,500 (based on performance)

🚕 Transport Facility:

One-way cab available (Night shift only)

Free cab for women employees at night (7 PM – 7 AM)

Male employees: ₹75 per one-way cab charge
