Embedded Systems And IOT Trainer / Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Embedded Systems & IoT Trainer / Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in embedded C programming, microcontrollers, IoT protocols, sensor interfacing, and real-time project development. This role includes both training delivery and engineering support, where the candidate will guide students/trainees and also contribute to embedded and IoT-based development projects. The candidate must be able to explain concepts clearly, conduct hands-on lab sessions, and mentor learners in building real-time industry projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and practical training on Embedded Systems and IoT technologies.
• Train learners on Embedded C, Microcontroller Programming (Arduino/ESP32/STM32/8051/PIC), and basic electronics.
• Conduct hands-on sessions on GPIO, ADC, PWM, UART, SPI, I2C, timers, interrupts, and sensor/actuator interfacing.
• Teach IoT concepts including cloud integration, MQTT, HTTP/REST APIs, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, and IoT security basics.
• Guide trainees in using platforms like ThingSpeak, Blynk, Firebase, AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT, Node-RED (as applicable).
• Develop training materials such as lesson plans, PPTs, assignments, lab manuals, and project documentation.
• Design and execute real-time IoT projects like Smart Home Automation, Industrial Monitoring, Smart Agriculture, Health Monitoring, etc.
• Assist students in debugging embedded code and resolving hardware/software integration issues.
• Work on embedded development tasks such as firmware development, driver development, PCB-level troubleshooting, and product prototyping.
• Conduct evaluations, tests, and interviews for trainee progress and placement readiness.
• Keep updated with the latest technologies in embedded systems, IoT, and industrial automation.
