Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction, fostering a love for literature and language, and developing students’ communication, reading, and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading comprehension, and literature.
• Create lesson plans and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs.
• Evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and feedback.
• Conduct classroom activities to enhance students’ speaking and listening skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and build their confidence in using English.
• Organize language-related events like debates, essay writing, and elocutions.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff on curriculum development.
• Maintain accurate student records and share progress with parents and administrators.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
